- 2 Chorizos
- 4 Smoked sausages
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 200 g Lentil
- 500 g Vegetable broth
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
Steps
Vegetable Preparation
- Cut in four, and add 1 onion in a cutting board.
- Sliced, and add 2 carrots in the cutting board.
- Cut into cubes, and add 2 potatoes in the cutting board.
Sausage Preparation
- Sliced, and add 1 chorizo, 2 smoked sausages in the cutting board.
Cooking
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 1 onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 200 g of lentil, 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, 1 chorizo, 2 smoked sausages, 500 g of vegetable broth, 1 bay leaf, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Check that the lentils and potatoes are cooked.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Remove the content of the food processor bowl in a preparation content.
- Remove bay leaf.
