- 500 g Mango
- 100 g Water
- 80 g Granulated sugar
- 20 g Lemon juice

Mango Base
- Peel, pit, cut into cubes, and add 500 g of mango in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Add 100 g of water, 80 g of granulated sugar, 20 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
Sorbet
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Break the frozen mango mixture into smaller pieces.
- Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- If the mixture is too hard, add a little water.
- Serve Immediately.
- For a firmer texture, return to the freezer.
