- 500 g Labneh
- 100 g Cucumber
- 30 g Fresh mint
- 5 g Olive oil

Preparation
- Add 500 g of labneh in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, deseed, cut into dices, and add 100 g of cucumber in the food processor bowl.
- Add 30 g of fresh mint, 15 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
