  2. Soften Gelatin in cold Water in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the content of the bowl in the preparation content.
  4. Add 500 g of whipping cream, 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
  6. Add 2 lemon zests, 2 lemon juice in the food processor bowl.

  8. Remove and Squeeze excess water from the softened Gelatin and add it to the robot bowl.

  1. Peel, chop, and add 300 g of mango in the food processor bowl.

  3. Add 100 g of water, 80 g of granulated sugar, 2 g of agar in the food processor bowl.

  5. Let the mixture cool slightly.
