  • 200 g Ice cube
  • 200 g Pineapple
  • 200 g Pineapple juice
  • 200 g Coconut milk

  2. Dice a portion of the pineapple for garnish and set aside.
  3. Cut the remaining pineapple into chunks.

  1. Add 200 g of ice cube, 200 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
  3. Add 200 g of pineapple juice, 200 g of coconut milk in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Final Presentation

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a glass.
  2. Garnish with diced pineapple.
  3. Serve Immediately.
