- 30 g Cornflour (maïzena)

- 20 g Shard of roasted pistachio

- Add 500 g of milk, 80 g of cassonade brown sugar, 3 eggs only the yellow, 30 g of cornflour (maïzena), 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 4.
- Add 50 g of pistachio paste in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Finishing Touch
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a dessert bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .
Garnish
- Roughly chop pistachios using another device
- Sprinkle 20 g of shard of roasted pistachio on the preparation content.
