- 500 g Flour
- 300 g Water
- 5 g Salt
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Honey

Dough Preparation
- Add 500 g of flour, 300 g of water, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 5:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface.
- Knead the dough by hand for 2 minutes. Form a ball.
- Setaside the dough on a workplan cover with plastic wrap during 30min.
Shaping and Cooking
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
- Add 100 g of butter in a saucepan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- On a lightly oiled surface, stretch each portion into a very thin, large circle. Brush with melted Butter.
- Fold the circle in half, brush with Butter again, and fold in half again to form a square. Repeat with all portions.
- Cook on the fry pan with an oil base.
- Heat a lightly oiled large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each square of dough for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Press down gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
Serving
- Stack the cooked squares on a plate.
- Add 100 g of honey on a plate.
