- 500 g Red cabbage
- 200 g Water
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 100 g Whipping cream
- 1 g Egg
- 1 g Fresh dill
Steps
Red Cabbage Base
- Cut the Red Cabbage into thin strips.
- Add 500 g of red cabbage, 200 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Egg Garnish
- Boil the saucepan filled with water.
- Cool the Eggs, peel them and chop them coarsely.
- Setaside the plate at a fridge.
Final Touches
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Sprinkle 1 g of egg, 1 g of fresh dill on the bowl.
- Serve Hot.
