  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Pepper

  1. Drain, and add 400 g of canned chickpea, 150 g of roasted red pepper in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 60 g of sesame cream – tahini, 30 g of lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, 60 g of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of pepper in the food processor bowl.

Cooking

  1. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.

Serving

  1. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Fresh Parsley.
