- 100 g Basmati rice
- 500 g Milk
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Pinch(es) Saffron
- 50 g Almond

Preparation
- Rinse the Basmati Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Drain well.
Cooking
- Add 100 g of basmati rice, 500 g of milk, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of saffron in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 90°C / Speed 2. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Garnish
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a dessert bowl.
