- Add 100 g of chorizo in a bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic, 20 g of olive oil, 20 g of lemon juice, 20 g of fresh parsley, 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the bowl.
