- 150 g Flour t55
- 125 g Salted butter
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Egg
- 30 g Water
Steps
Dough
- Add 150 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 125 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 egg, 30 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form a ball and flatten slightly.
- Setaside the dough in a cling film warp in cling wrap during 30min.
- Setaside the dough in a fridge.
Shaping
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to your desired thickness.
- Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
- Transfer the content of the workplan on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
Baking
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 8min.
- Bake until lightly golden brown.
- Let the baked goods cool completely before serving.
- Serve Cold.
