  • 30 g Water

Steps

Dough

  1. Add 150 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
  2. Cut in pieces, and add 125 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
  3. Add 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

Shaping

  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
  4. Transfer the content of the workplan on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.

Baking

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 8min.
  2. Bake until lightly golden brown.
  3. Let the baked goods cool completely before serving.
  4. Serve Cold.
