Chicken Rolls

  2. Add 50 g of dried cranberry in the food processor bowl.
  3. Chop, and add 20 g of fresh chive in the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  7. Shape the mixture into small oblong rolls.
  8. Add 20 g of olive oil in a pan.
  9. Add 50 g of butter in the pan.
  10. Cook in the oven over medium heat.
  11. Sear the chicken rolls on all sides until golden brown.
  12. Transfer the content of the pan on a plate.
  13. Setaside the preparation content.

Cranberry Cream Sauce

  1. Add 20 g of flour t55 in the pan.
  2. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
  3. Add 100 g of chicken broth, 200 g of whipping cream in the pan.
