- 20 g Fresh chive

- 50 g Butter
- 20 g Flour t55
- 100 g Chicken broth
- 200 g Whipping cream

Chicken Rolls
- Cut into cubes, and add 500 g of chicken breast in the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of dried cranberry in the food processor bowl.
- Chop, and add 20 g of fresh chive in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Shape the mixture into small oblong rolls.
- Add 20 g of olive oil in a pan.
- Add 50 g of butter in the pan.
- Cook in the oven over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken rolls on all sides until golden brown.

Cranberry Cream Sauce

- Add 100 g of chicken broth, 200 g of whipping cream in the pan.
- Cook in the oven over medium heat during 5min.
- Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 2 pinch(es) of pepper in the pan.
Chicken Rolls
- Transfer the content of the plate in the pan.
- Cook in the oven over medium heat during 10min.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, spooning the sauce over the rolls occasionally, until the chicken rolls are cooked through.
- Serve Hot.
