Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 250 g Flour
- 75 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla flavor
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 20 g White chocolate
Steps
Cookie Dough
- Add 125 g of butter, 250 g of flour, 75 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form a ball.
- Transfer the content of the workplan in a cling film warp in cling wrap.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut out round cookies using a cookie cutter.
- Transfer the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
- Line with baking paper.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min.
- Check that the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
- Transfer the content of the baking tray on a strainer let cool.
Decoration
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Dip one side of each cookie into the melted dark chocolate.
- Add 20 g of white chocolate in a piping bag.
- Melt the white chocolate.
- Place two small dots of melted white chocolate on each chocolate ball to create eyes.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the piping bag.
- Pipe eight thin lines of dark chocolate around each chocolate ball.
- Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
- Serve Immediately.
