Ingredients
- 400 g Split pea
- 20 g Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Celery branches
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1000 g Water
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Thyme
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 150 g Ham

Preparation
- Add 200 g of split pea in a bowl.
- Place split peas in a bowl, cover with cold water, and soak for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse well.
Cooking the Soup
- Add 20 g of olive oil, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 celery branches, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 200 g of split pea, 1000 g of water, 1 bay leaf, 1 thyme, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

Finishing and Serving
- Remove the bay leaf and thyme from the soup.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Add 150 g of ham in the food processor bowl.
- Stir with a spatula.
- Serve Hot.
- You can garnish with a drizzle of Olive Oil and Fresh Parsley.
