- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of 70% dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 4:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon(s) of erythritol, 2 tablespoon(s) of cornflour (maïzena), 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the ramekin to be buttered before.
- Put in the oven with rotating heat at 200°C during 8min to 12min.
