  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  4. Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
  5. Wash the food processor bowl.
  6. Add 500 g of potato in the vapor basket.
  7. Add 700 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  8. Place the vapor kit.
  9. Mix steam: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  10. Remove the vapor kit.
  11. Transfer the content of the vapor basket in the bowl.
  12. Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.

Bechamel Sauce

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 3:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  4. Add 50 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 2:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
  6. Add 500 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.

Gratin

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. In a gratin dish, layer half of the chopped Chard, followed by half of the steamed Potatoes.

  4. Repeat with the remaining Chard and Potatoes.
  5. Pour the rest of the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
  6. Sprinkle 100 g of grated gruyère on the preparation content.
  7. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve Hot.
