Dive into a Mediterranean delight with this vibrant Tapenade of cherry tomatoes, where the sun-kissed flavors of red, orange, and yellow tomatoes dance together like a summer festival on your taste buds! Did you know that tapenade, originally from the South of France, was named after the Provençal word for capers, 'tapena'? In this twist, we ditch the capers for the sweet juiciness of cherry tomatoes, complemented by the salty depth of Parmesan cheese and the umami punch from anchovies. Spread it on crusty bread, and you'll feel like you're lounging on a sun-soaked terrace overlooking the lavender fields of Provence. Bon appétit!
