- 600 g Basmati rice
- 400 g Carrot
- 300 g Green bean
- 200 g Onion
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- 40 g Ginger
- 30 g Olive oil
- 10 g Curry
- 5 g Garam masala
- 5 g Salt
- 5 g Turmeric
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 150 g Green pea
- 700 g Water
- 1 Fresh mint
- 1 g Cashew nut

Preparation
- Rinse, and add 300 g of basmati rice in a bowl.

- Gently fluff the Biryani with a fork.
