Steps

Make the Dough

  1. Add 250 g of flour, 60 g of olive oil, 120 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.

  4. Remove the dough and form a ball.
  5. Setaside the dough in a bowl cover with plastic wrap during 30min.

Make the Filling

  1. Chop, and add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mince, and add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  3. Grate, and add 20 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Add 20 g of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of curry, ½ teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, ½ teaspoon(s) of ground coriander, ¼ teaspoon(s) of chili powder, 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

  3. Cut each circle in half. Take one half, moisten the straight edge with water, and form a cone. Press the edges to seal.
  4. Fill the cone with the vegetable filling. Moisten the remaining edge with water and seal the samosa by pressing the edges together.
  5. Place the samosas on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the samosas with Olive Oil.
  6. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 20min.
  7. Let the samosas cool slightly before serving.
