Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 80 g Olive oil
- 120 g Water
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 100 g Onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 20 g Ginger

- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Ground coriander
- 0.25 Teaspoon(s) Chili powder
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 200 g Potato
- 100 g Carrot
- 150 g Green pea
Steps
Make the Dough
- Add 250 g of flour, 60 g of olive oil, 120 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Remove the dough and form a ball.
- Setaside the dough in a bowl cover with plastic wrap during 30min.
Make the Filling
- Chop, and add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mince, and add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Grate, and add 20 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 20 g of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of curry, ½ teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, ½ teaspoon(s) of ground coriander, ¼ teaspoon(s) of chili powder, 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Cut into cubes, and add 200 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into dices, and add 100 g of carrot in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 150 g of green pea in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the filling to a bowl and let it cool completely.
Assemble and Cook the Samosas
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle (approximately 10 cm in diameter).
- Cut each circle in half. Take one half, moisten the straight edge with water, and form a cone. Press the edges to seal.
- Fill the cone with the vegetable filling. Moisten the remaining edge with water and seal the samosa by pressing the edges together.
- Place the samosas on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the samosas with Olive Oil.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 20min.
- Let the samosas cool slightly before serving.
- Serve Warm.
