- 500 g Watermelon
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 15 g Lemon juice

Watermelon Prep
- Cut the Watermelon into 2-3 cm cubes.
Freeze Watermelon
- Place Watermelon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Setaside the preparation content on a baking tray during 3h .
Granita
- Add 500 g of watermelon, 50 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 15 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

- Serve Immediately.
