  • 200 g Shortcrust pastry
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Whipping cream
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt

Steps

Prepare the vegetables and crust

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Cut into dices, and add 150 g of carrot on a cutting board.
  3. Cut into dices, and add 150 g of zucchini on the cutting board.
  4. Setaside the preparation content at a container.
  5. Place 200 g of shortcrust pastry in a baking dish.
  6. Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork.

Filling Preparation

  1. Add 3 eggs, 250 g of whipping cream, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the container in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.

Baking

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle 100 g of grated gruyère on the baking dish.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min to 40min.
  4. Let the Vegetable Tart cool slightly before serving.
  5. Serve Warm.
