Add 10 g of lemon zest, 50 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.

Finishing

Check the consistency of the jam and cook for longer if needed to reach the desired consistency.
