The Franc Comtoise Galette is not just a delightful treat; it's a slice of history baked into a golden crust! Originating from the picturesque region of Franche-Comté in eastern France, this galette brings together the sweet essence of orange blossom water and the rich creaminess of thick cream to create a flavor that dances on your palate. Legend has it that this galette was often prepared to celebrate the harvest, making it a perfect dish for festive occasions. With its charming appearance and a hidden fève (a small figurine), it’s a delightful way to bring family and friends together, as the one who finds the fève is crowned the king or queen of the day!
