  • 1 g Lemon juice
  • 1 g Water
  • 1 g Granulated sugar

  2. Zest the lemons using a vegetable peeler, avoiding the white pith.
  3. Add 1 g of lemon zest in the food processor bowl.
  4. Juice the lemons
  5. Add 1 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.

Syrup Making

  1. Add 1 g of water, 1 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.

Finishing

  1. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
  2. Filter the content of the food processor bowl through a strainer.
  3. Line the sieve with cheesecloth to remove any solids.
  4. Transfer the content of the strainer in a bottle.
  5. Sterilize the airtight bottle.
  6. Serve Cold or store in the refrigerator maximum 0 .
