- 1000 g Chestnut
- 500 g Water
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
Steps
Chestnut Puree
- Add 500 g of chestnut, 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
- Let the chestnuts cool slightly and peel carefully, ensuring no skin remains.
Chestnut Cream
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 500 g of chestnut, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- If the cream is too thick, add a little Water (1 tbsp at a time) and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
Final Steps
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Optionally, add Nuts for decoration.
- Let it cool before sealing the jars.
