  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
  • 10 g Butter
  • 100 g Blueberry

Steps

Bread Soak

  1. Cut into cubes, and add 300 g of stale bread in a bowl.
  2. Add 500 g of milk, 2 eggs, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Caramelize and Bake

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Brush 10 g of butter in a baking dish.
  3. Transfer the content of the container in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle 100 g of blueberry on the preparation content.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
