  • 150 g Granulated sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour t55
  • 1 Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 100 g White wine
  • 200 g Red fruit jam

Steps

Cake Batter

  1. Add 100 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 3 eggs, 250 g of flour t55, 1 baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 100 g of white wine in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a cake tin.
  3. Pour half the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  4. Spread 200 g of red fruit jam over a preparation content.
  5. Pour the rest of the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
  7. Check if the cake is done. Insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Otherwise, bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Cooling and Serving

  1. Setaside the preparation content in the cake mold let cool during 10min.
  2. Transfer the content of the cake mold in a strainer let cool.
  3. Serve Cold.
