- 50 g Sugar cube
- 80 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Flour
- 30 g Grated coconut

Dough
- Add 50 g of sugar cube in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 80 g of butter, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 100 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line muffin tins with paper liners.
- Fill each muffin liner with the dough.
- Sprinkle 30 g of grated coconut on some dough.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Check if they are golden brown, if not cook for 5 more minutes.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
