  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder

Steps

Dough

  1. Add 150 g of flour, 50 g of butter, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of milk in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Form the dough into a ball.
  7. Transfer the content of the workplan in a cling film.
  8. Setaside the dough during 30min.

Forming the Biscuits

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Transfer the content of the baking paper on a baking tray.
  3. Distribute 50 g of white sesame seed on a plate.
  4. Take small portions of the chilled dough and roll them into balls (about 2 cm in diameter).
  5. Flatten each ball slightly and press it into the White Sesame Seeds, ensuring both sides are coated.
  6. Place the content of the preparation content on the baking tray.

Baking

  1. Cook on the oven at 180°C during 12min.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  3. Transfer the content of the baking tray on the workplan let cool.
