- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Milk
- 50 g White sesame seed
Steps
Dough
- Add 150 g of flour, 50 g of butter, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form the dough into a ball.
- Transfer the content of the workplan in a cling film.
- Setaside the dough during 30min.
Forming the Biscuits
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Transfer the content of the baking paper on a baking tray.
- Distribute 50 g of white sesame seed on a plate.
- Take small portions of the chilled dough and roll them into balls (about 2 cm in diameter).
- Flatten each ball slightly and press it into the White Sesame Seeds, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Place the content of the preparation content on the baking tray.
Baking
- Cook on the oven at 180°C during 12min.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Transfer the content of the baking tray on the workplan let cool.
- Transfer the content of the workplan on a container let cool.
- Let the biscuits cool completely.
