- 100 g Cashew nut
- 400 g Granulated sugar
- 250 g Natural yogurt
- 100 g Sunflower oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 250 g Fine semolina
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Flour
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Baking powder
- 150 g Orange juice
- 3 Tablespoon(s) Orange blossom water
- 250 g Water
- 40 Cashew nuts
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Add 100 g of cashew nut in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 6sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Setaside a preparation content.
- Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 250 g of natural yogurt, 100 g of sunflower oil, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 40sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 250 g of fine semolina, 2 tablespoon(s) of flour, 1 tablespoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Next, add the crushed cashews and mix well.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 150 g of orange juice, 3 tablespoon(s) of orange blossom water, 250 g of granulated sugar, 250 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 17:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Take the cake out of the oven and pour the syrup over it.
- Lightly oil a knife and cut the dough into rectangles or diamonds of the same size.
