Originating from centuries-old traditions, it’s a testament to how a handful of simple ingredients can come together to create a dish that feels both homey and exotic. As you mix the batter, you'll find the raisins adding a delightful burst of flavor, and the apricot jam brings it all together for a perfect finish.
