- Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, and add 5 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 g of clove, 1 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
Cooking
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Remove the blender lid.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
Finishing
- Check the consistency of the jam.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal immediately the sterilized jars.
- Let the jars cool completely.
