- 50 g Ground coffee
- 200 g Water
- 100 g Ice cube
- 200 g Milk
Steps
Coffee Concentrate
- Add 50 g of ground coffee, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using a spoon in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Strain the coffee using a cheesecloth or a fine-mesh sieve.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Coffee Ice Cubes
- Transfer the content of the bowl in an ice tray.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer.
Iced Latte
- Add 100 g of ice cube, 200 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Serve Immediately.
