  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
  • 20 g Butter

Steps

Blinis Batter

  1. Add 150 g of flour t55, 2 eggs, 250 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
  3. Setaside the preparation content during 15min.

Blinis

  1. Cook in the oven with an oil base.
  2. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a container.
  3. Wash the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 20 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 2:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.
  6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Brush the griddle with melted Butter.
  8. Pour small amounts of batter onto the hot griddle.
  9. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Serving

  1. Stack the cooked blinis on a plate.
  2. Serve Warm.
