- 250 g Flour t55
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 7 g Dehydrated baker's yeast
- 125 g Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Egg
- 10 g Icing sugar
Steps
Dough
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 50 g of granulated sugar, 7 g of dehydrated baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 125 g of milk, 50 g of butter, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Shape into a ball.
- Setaside the dough in a bowl cover with towel during 1h .
Shaping and Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Punch down the risen dough to release the air.
- Divide the dough into three portions of different sizes.
- Shape each portion into an oval.
- Place the largest oval at the bottom, the medium oval in the middle, and the smallest oval at the top, pressing them gently together to form a single figure.
- Place the content of the dough on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Final Touches
- Sprinkle 10 g of icing sugar on a preparation content.
- Serve Immediately.
