  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. Cut into dices, and add 150 g of ham on a cutting board.
  4. Grate, and add 150 g of grated gruyère on the cutting board.
  5. Chop, and add 2 tablespoon(s) of fresh chive on the cutting board.
  6. Add 250 g of flour, 1 baking powder, 3 eggs, 100 g of olive oil, 125 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Add 150 g of ham, 150 g of grated gruyère, 2 tablespoon(s) of fresh chive in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.

Baking

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 40min.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
