- 30 g Lemon juice

- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 300 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Check the consistency.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
- Setaside the preparation content in a container let cool.
Puff Pastry Squares
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares.
- Add 1 egg in a bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Brush 1 egg on a pastry brush.
Final Assembly
- Place the Puff Pastry squares on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Once the Puff Pastry squares have cooled slightly, top some with the Kiwi and Apple Jam.
