  9. Setaside the preparation content in a container let cool.

Puff Pastry Squares

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Roll out the Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into squares.
  4. Add 1 egg in a bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  6. Brush 1 egg on a pastry brush.

Final Assembly

  1. Place the Puff Pastry squares on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
