- 400 g Dark chocolate
- 300 g Butter
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 80 g Flour t55
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 100 g Milk chocolate
Steps
Oven and Pan
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
Dark Chocolate
- Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of dark chocolate on a cutting board.
Butter
- Cut into cubes, and add 150 g of butter on the cutting board.
Cake batter
- Add 200 g of dark chocolate, 150 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 80 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Check if the cake is cooked with a toothpick.
- Setaside the cake mold let cool.
Chocolate Glaze
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 50 g of milk chocolate on the cutting board.
- Add 50 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the cake mold.
- Let the chocolate glaze set.
- Serve Immediately.
