- Setaside the preparation content beside a bowl.
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Add 120 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Add 80 g of milk in the food processor bowl.

- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold to be greased before, to be floured before.
- Pour batter into three greased and floured cake pans.

Whipped Cream

- Add 500 g of whipping cream, 50 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.

Strawberry Shortcake Assembly
- Wash and slice the Strawberries.
- Place one cake layer on a serving plate.
- Spread a generous layer of Whipped Cream over the cake layer, then arrange sliced Strawberries on top.
- Add 30 g of strawberry syrup on the preparation content.
- Repeat layers with remaining cake, Whipped Cream, and Strawberries.
- Frost the entire cake with the remaining Whipped Cream.
- Sliced, and distribute 100 g of strawberry on the preparation content.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve Cold.
