  • 200 g Water
  • 150 g Granulated sugar
  • 15 g Lemon juice

Steps

  1. Add 500 g of blackcurrant, 200 g of water, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  4. Filter the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula through a strainer.
  5. Add 15 g of lemon juice in a preparation content.
  6. Stir gently to combine the lemon juice.
  7. Setaside the preparation content let cool.

Freezing

  1. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a freezer bag.
  2. Setaside the container in a freezer during 4h .

Sorbet

  1. Break the frozen mixture into smaller chunks.
  2. Transfer the content of the container in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
  4. Gradually increase to Speed 8 if needed.
  5. Serve Immediately.
