- 1000 g Yellow peach
- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Lemon juice

Peach Prep
- Peel the Yellow peaches.
- Pit the Yellow peaches.
- Cut the Yellow peaches into small dice.
Jam Making
- Add 1000 g of yellow peach, 500 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check the consistency.
- Mix manual: 7:30min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Finishing
- Sterilize glass jars.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately.
- Allow to cool completely.
