  3. Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. If necessary, repeat mixing in 10 sec intervals until a smooth, sorbet-like consistency is achieved.

Final Freezing

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the freezer bag.
  2. Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 1h .

Serve
