Ingredients
- 500 g Apricot
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Water
- 15 g Lemon juice
Steps
Apricot Base
- Cut the Apricots in halves and remove the pits.
- Add 500 g of apricot, 50 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of water, 15 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Setaside the preparation content at a container let cool.
Freezing
- Transfer the content of the container in a freezer.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.
Final Blend
- Transfer the content of the freezer in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
