- 800 g Potato
- 600 g Water
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 150 g Mayonnaise
- 15 g Mustard
- 10 g White wine vinegar
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 200 g Sausage from strasbourg
- 100 g Radish
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh parsley
Steps
Potato Cooking
- Cut into dices, and add 800 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Add 600 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 22:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
- Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool during 15min.
Creamy Sauce
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 150 g of mayonnaise, 15 g of mustard, 10 g of white wine vinegar, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Final Assembly
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a salad bowl.
- Sliced, and add 200 g of sausage from strasbourg, 100 g of radish in the salad bowl.
- Chop, and add 2 tablespoon(s) of fresh parsley on the salad bowl.
- Mix gently to coat all ingredients.
- Serve Cold.
