- 1000 g Quetsche
- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
Steps
Prepare the Quetsches
- Wash, pit, cut in two, and add 1000 g of quetsche in the food processor bowl.
Combine Ingredients
- Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks in the food processor bowl.
Cook the Jam
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check the consistency of the jam.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 1. Filler cap open
Finishing
- Remove the content of the food processor bowl in a result.
- Remove the Cinnamon Sticks from the jam.
- Transfer the content of the result in an airtight jar.
- Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
- Let the jars cool completely to ensure proper sealing.
