Steps

Flavor Infusion

Add 100 g of water, 200 g of granulated sugar, 5 g of strawberry aroma, 5 g of orange flavor in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 8:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.

Gelatin Activation

Add 20 g of gelatin, 15 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Color Division

Divide the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Add 2 drop(s) of red dye in the bowl.
Stir gently to achieve an even color distribution in the bowl with the red dye.
Add 2 drop(s) of green dye in the bowl.
Stir gently to achieve an even color distribution in the bowl with the green dye.
Leave the third bowl without any dye to obtain translucent gummies.

Mold Setting

Pour the content of the bowl in the form of an ice tray.
Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 4h .

Demold and Enjoy
