- 50 g Ginger
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 20 g Olive oil
- 700 g Vegetable broth
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 100 g Whipping cream
- 1 Pinch(es) Fresh parsley

- Peel, and add 500 g of carrot, 50 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.
