- 20 g Olive oil
- 200 g Zucchini
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g Fresh mint
- 5 g Lemon juice

Zucchini Preparation
- Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into dices, and add 200 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper, 1 clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.

Final Mixing
