- 30 g Maple syrup
- 15 g Salted soy sauce
- 5 g Lemon juice
- 2 g Ginger
- 2 g Garlic powder
- 1 g Pepper
- 20 g Fresh chive
- 10 g White sesame seed
- 10 g Black sesame seeds
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 10 g Olive oil
- 6 Cherry tomatoes

Preparation
- Add 30 g of maple syrup in a bowl.
- Add 15 g of salted soy sauce, 5 g of lemon juice, 2 g of ginger, 2 g of garlic powder, 1 g of pepper in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Move the sauce to another container
- Rinse the bowl.
- Add 20 g of fresh chive, 10 g of white sesame seed, 10 g of black sesame seeds in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Move the herbs mixture to another container
Cooking the Salmon
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Place 2 salmon fillets in a baking dish.
- Add 10 g of olive oil on a plate.
- Pour maple syrup mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 12min.
Serving
- Remove the baked salmon from the oven
- Sprinkle the fresh chives and sesame seeds mixture.
- Place 6 cherry tomatoes on a service dish.
