  • 5 g Lemon juice
  • 2 g Ginger

  • 2 Salmon fillets

  2. Add 15 g of salted soy sauce, 5 g of lemon juice, 2 g of ginger, 2 g of garlic powder, 1 g of pepper in the bowl.

  2. Place 2 salmon fillets in a baking dish.
